As we all know Goa is such places that can easily make anyone fall in love. Therefore, getting married in this beautiful place with amazing views is a dream of many people and since the wedding is a big deal, especially in India. Nowadays, everyone is always looking for ways to make it a different, special and memorable one. So why not select some gorgeous beaches and even better venues in this magical city to tie the knot with the love of your life.
Venue Selection
Since you have decided to plan your wedding in Goa, the first thing that comes to your mind must be a beautiful hotel or resort which is sea-facing. As there are multiple hotels and resorts in north and south Goa so we generally tend to get confused between North and South. Well, if you like some happening places which are a bit crowdy with a market area just nearby then you should go for north Goa, and if you prefer some peaceful environment then you should go for south Goa as it is quite peaceful there and mostly all the 5-star properties are in South Goa.

Food and Beverages
Generally, catering charges are calculated as per plate and hotels can offer different rates, depending on the overall wedding package that you go for. Most of the venues in Goa follow the same policy which makes it a good choice for hosting a wedding for a large gathering or smaller one perfectly.
Wedding Decoration
The main area in a wedding where you can cut some cost is the decorations part that is if you opt for simple decoration for the pre-wedding ceremonies, the expenses will come down.
Ferris wheels, photo booths, an old quirky yellow scooter as a prop, birdcages, flowers, hats, and simple banners are used to give a creative touch in all the pre-wedding functions.
What should be the average budget to plan a wedding in Goa?
Well, I would like to tell you that the prices of the venue keep changing with the changing season and your budget also depends on your wedding date and your guest list. But still, I would suggest you keep a minimum budget of 15 lakhs and a guest list of around 100-150 guests for the 2-day wedding.
