Wedlock Events & Services Launches ‘Let’s Have Corona Free Events and Weddings’ initiative

Greetings, whenever the central government/ state government will allow mass gatherings/ events in future we have to be ready for an alternative solution that how we do events during the era of COVID-19. However the government on 17th May, 2020, has eased the restrictions on weddings  allowed maximum 50 pax (person). Safeguarding and taking care of our guests is the basic service of ours and now we are moving a step ahead. Post COVID-19 pandemic we, as renowned wedding planner, are now coming with some of the most stringent cleaning standards & operational protocols for the upcoming events/ weddings (as government resume social and corporate events at the earliest, if there are no more distance rules) in the world of wedding and events planning.

The corona crisis has brought about a lot of changes and has also given us plenty to think about. Things which are self-evident can no longer be taken for granted. Your health and the health of our staff and partners is our highest priority at all times and in all respects. We are now vigorously implementing the hygiene and protection measures in our work profile to counter the corona epidemic.

We ensure to all our clients that now onward, post-COVID-19, we will follow the highest levels of hygiene in our services. Our new extended guidelines and hygiene measures will apply in practice to ensure that the best possible preparations are in place to start work. we are developing new hygiene standards which itself is very comprehensive. We are also including the stipulations and recommendations provided by government bodies and experts, in our guidelines. Although it is a flexible and ongoing process. The whole of the Wedlock hospitality and production team with auxiliary staff, crisis team members are eagerly looking forward to serve our clients once again.

A Comprehensive Hygiene Rules and Extended Guidelines

  • Guest arrivals will be managed by ensuring compliance with the new hygiene regulations
  • Hygiene hands will provide masks is guests who don’t have
  • Ensuring compliance at hotel venue and the function area
  • Maintaining the health and well-being of our employees while they work
  • We take steps to keep work premises compliant with health and safety regulations during the ongoing pandemic
  • Limit number of guests as per government’s guidelines
  • Arrangements for Video Conferencing for remaining guests

We will Keep Checks* as follows

– Event/ Wedding Areas –
  • Protective mouth and nose covering for staff and guests – face masks will be distributed to guests as required.
  • Daily thermal screening of each and every guests as well as staff
  • Hourly disinfection of contact surfaces (door handles, lift call buttons, counters in the bar etc.)
  • Regular airing of public areas
  • Minimum distance of 1.5 metres between tables – Guests sharing a hotel room may occupy the same table.
  • Opening times of event will be adjusted in accordance with volume of guests. This may mean that guests will need to be admitted to the event area at longer intervals.
  • À la carte service or sajjan goth service for all guests – We can keep Buffets closed. Or we can have buffets service while observing correct social distancing.
  • Disinfection of tables, counters, cruets etc. after each use
  • Notices displayed in central areas to draw attention to hygiene rules
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers in all public areas
  • All guests should have Arogya Setu app in their smartphones
– For Hotels –
  • We will check how the hotel’s facilities could be used without compromising government’s guidelines
  • Removing the usual decorative items like cushions, stationery articles and bathrobes.
  • The TV remote control and all the glasses in the room itself and in the bathroom were disinfected after use and packed away in a paper bag.
  • Despite the reduction in the number of utensils provided in the room, guests are, of course, welcome to request any additional items they need at any time.
  • Lunch and coffee break packages will be served à la carte or, for example, in the form of lunch boxes.
  • Regular disinfection of all surfaces by staff and regular airing of the events rooms Room cleaning
  • Disinfection of surfaces in rooms in consultation with the guest
  • Regular and highly frequent disinfection of door handles, light switches, staircase handrails etc.
  • Facilities such as magazines, writing utensils, decorative cushions and blankets will need to be removed from rooms until further notice.
  • Notices displayed in central areas to draw attention to hygiene rules
  • Unfortunately, gyms and spa areas will need to remain closed until further notice (no exercise courses or treatments can be offered).
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers in all public areas (lobby, restaurant, bar, lifts) Sanitiser dispensers at reception and in the toilets
– Reception, check-in and check-out –
    • We recommend cashless payments wherever possible.
    • Disinfection of room keys and key cards Restaurant and bar area
    • Our contact persons will be happy to assist you at any time with any questions you may have regarding planned event/ weddings
     

    As you can see, a certain degree of normality is returning. Our aim is to fulfil the responsibility we have towards our clients, just as we have done throughout the entire 10-year history of our company. Even though we will have to accept certain restrictions, we are delighted to welcome guests to events.
